Q: What’s included in the rent?
A: Fully Furnished Office Suite, Concierge IT, Assigned Parking, 24 hour key card access, taxes and utilities.

Q: What’s not included in the rent?
A: Through our telecommunications partner you may customize your phone and internet services to suit your individual business needs.

Q: Do you offer any offices larger than the Executive Suites?
A: Currently, all of our larger suites are occupied with longer term leases

Q: Do you offer onsite support?
A: Yes, our leasing office is located within the Trismen Building

Q: Is there access to the Trismen Building on the weekends?
A: You are provided with a 24/7 access key card so that you have the ability to access your suite at any time and remotely. 

Q: How is the parking?
A: As a tenant, you get assigned on site parking, designated guest parking and we are adjacent to the City of Winter Park Public Parking Lot behind City Hall. Street parking is also available.

Q: How many people can occupy one Executive Suite?
A: Single Occupancy Executive Suites.

Q: Is there a conference room available?
A: No, The Trismen Building does not have an available conference room.
