The Trismen Family arrived in Winter Park, Florida in the early 1930's with the intent of raising their children surrounded by the beauty and opportunity of Central Florida.

After graduating from Rollins College and Yale Law School, Richard F. Trismen established his law practice at 213 West Comstock Avenue in the 1960's, where he dedicated his life to serving the City of Winter Park, Rollins College, and countless Winter Park families.

The Trismen Building is named in honor of Richard F. Trismen to recognize his lifelong efforts to support Winter Park community values.
